BALLBREAKER - ROCK CHIC(K) HEAVEN

With a late line up reshuffle placing Ballbreaker as closing act this quintet of rock hard jewels hit the stage of the Newport on fire and burned up the expectant atmosphere so that you could hardly breath.
A scintillating twin guitar attack that feed off each other, swapping lead and rhythm, this outfit do Angus et al proud. With a strong vocals delivered with a lady with bigger balls than Bon and Brian put together, the foundation is held in place with powerful drums and solid bass.
With power and passion this AC/DC cover band do much more that cover but deliver with the precision of laser beam the melts the rock and lets the spirit flow.
Selecting the pics that captured the energy proved a hard choice but hopefully that will entice you to their next gig.
Ballbreaker might have the power to heat the Rock, but the AC/DC gems that crystallise ring solid and true, keeping the Bad Boy Boogie at bay.
